when will i receive my photos or video?

The turnaround time for photos is 14 days from the date you select your favorites. For video projects, the turnaround time is 30 days from the date of the shoot. We generally deliver before these timelines however, we like to account for life to happen. If more time is needed to complete your project, we will keep you informed and communicate so you understand what’s going on and why it may take a little longer.

how can i choose which photos i want edited?

When your shoot is complete, we will sort through the best photos and upload them to our delivery site. From there, you can browse the pics and create a favorites list. We then view the favorites list and edit each photo you selected.

Why do you require a 50% deposit to book and require the remaining 50% the day of the shoot?

It all has to do with time and demand. Unfortunately, we had to develop this policy because we would spend time traveling to shoots, taking the photos and videos editing only for some clients to take 2-3 months to pay or not even reply when it came time to pay. This is just so no one’s time is wasted. We value your time but most people do not value ours and while we love meeting the needs of our clients we can not serve effectively if we do not put parameters in place so our business can operate efficiently.
